Reputation Risk Manager - Water Treatment & Waste Management

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Reputation Risk Manager to join our India operations. This role will be instrumental in safeguarding and enhancing the company's reputation across all stakeholders within the Indian market. The Manager will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential reputational risks associated with our water treatment and waste management projects and operations in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive reputation risk management framework tailored for the Indian water and waste management sector.
• Proactively identify potential reputational threats, including environmental concerns, project delays, community relations issues, regulatory changes, and social media sentiment.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and scenario planning exercises to evaluate the potential impact of identified risks.
• Develop and execute mitigation strategies and crisis communication plans in collaboration with relevant departments (e.g., Communications, Legal, Operations, Project Management).
• Monitor media coverage, social media platforms, and stakeholder feedback to track public perception and emerging issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, NGOs, and media.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on reputation management best practices.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on the company's reputation risk profile and mitigation efforts.
