Reputation Risk (MBA/PGDM Required) - Mangalore

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Reputation Risk professional to join our team in Mangalore. This role is crucial for safeguarding the company's brand and market standing in the dynamic petrochemical sector. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential reputational threats, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory frameworks. This position is ideal for an individual with 3-5 years of experience and a strong understanding of risk management principles, gained through an MBA/PGDM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to monitor and manage reputational risks across various business units and geographies.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments, including scenario planning, to identify potential threats to the company's image and operations.
- Analyze media coverage, social media sentiment, and stakeholder feedback to proactively identify emerging reputational issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Communications, Legal, Operations) to develop and execute mitigation plans.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management on reputational risk status and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in reputation risk management.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's crisis communication and management protocols.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
