Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst with 3-4 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our dynamic Biotechnology team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will support research initiatives, analyze data, and contribute to the development of novel biopharmaceutical products. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct literature reviews and data mining to identify research trends and potential areas of investigation.
Assist in the design and execution of research experiments, ensuring adherence to protocols and quality standards.
Collect, organize, and analyze experimental data using statistical software and bioinformatics tools.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and summaries of research findings for internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and documentation of research activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists and project managers, to achieve research objectives.
Stay updated with the latest advancements and technologies in the biotechnology and biopharmaceutical fields.
