Research Associate / Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Research Associate / Engineer to join our Surat team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong aptitude for data analysis and research, who possess a Bachelor's degree and 3-6 years of relevant experience. You will play a crucial part in supporting our recruitment and staffing operations by conducting in-depth market research, identifying talent trends, and contributing to strategic decision-making. This position does not require post-graduation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and analyze potential talent pools and emerging skill sets relevant to our clients' needs.
- Develop and maintain databases of potential candidates, market intelligence, and industry insights.
- Support the recruitment teams by providing data-driven insights for sourcing strategies and candidate profiling.
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition and market penetration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand research requirements and deliver actionable recommendations.
