We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate / Engineer with 2-4 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will support our engineering and construction projects by conducting legal research, analyzing regulatory frameworks, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and standards. This role is crucial for mitigating legal risks and ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive legal research on various aspects of engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects, including land acquisition, environmental regulations, contract law, and dispute resolution.
Analyze and interpret complex legal documents, statutes, and case law relevant to the company's projects.
Assist in the preparation of legal opinions, policy recommendations, and compliance reports.
Collaborate with project managers, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to identify and address legal risks.
Stay updated on changes in relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
Support the development and implementation of compliance strategies.
