Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Research Associate / Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic retail analytics team in Pune. This role is ideal for individuals who have completed their graduation and are looking to apply their problem-solving skills to real-world retail challenges. You will contribute to data-driven decision-making by conducting research, analyzing trends, and generating insights to enhance our retail operations and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and conducting market research studies to understand consumer behavior, competitor activities, and emerging retail trends.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including sales data, customer feedback, and market reports.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and research findings.
- Support senior researchers and engineers in ad-hoc analytical projects and strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the retail analytics domain.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
