Job Description
We are seeking a highly innovative and driven individual to join our Research & Development team within the BFSI sector. This role will focus on exploring and developing cutting-edge solutions that address complex challenges and opportunities within the financial services industry. You will be instrumental in driving technological advancements, fostering a culture of innovation, and contributing to the future of digital banking and financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct exploratory research into emerging technologies relevant to the BFSI sector (e.g., AI/ML, Blockchain, Quantum Computing, Advanced Analytics).
- Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate new ideas and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and business units, to identify research opportunities and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the BFSI domain.
- Contribute to the intellectual property portfolio through patents and publications.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies for R&D activities.
- Present research findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
