Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and analytical individual with a B.Des degree and 1-3 years of experience to join our Research & Development team in Vijayawada. This role will involve exploring new concepts, technologies, and user experiences within the Media, Entertainment, and Telecom sectors. You will contribute to innovative projects that shape the future of our digital offerings and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the media, entertainment, and telecom industries.
- Conceptualize and prototype new product features, services, and user interfaces, focusing on innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to translate research findings into actionable product roadmaps.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Participate in ideation workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate novel ideas and solutions.
- Assist in the design and execution of user testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and design methodologies relevant to the industry.
