We are seeking a motivated and analytical Research Scientist to join our dynamic team at India Foundation for the Arts (IFA). This role is ideal for a recent MBA/PGDM graduate with a passion for the arts and social impact, looking to contribute to impactful research and program development within the Indian cultural sector. You will play a key role in informing our grant-making strategies and understanding the evolving landscape of arts and culture in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research on emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities within the Indian arts and cultural ecosystem.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Support the design and implementation of research methodologies for IFA's programs and initiatives.
- Prepare detailed research reports, policy briefs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with program managers to translate research findings into strategic recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of IFA-funded projects.
- Stay abreast of relevant academic literature, industry reports, and government policies.
