Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Research Scientist with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background with an M.Tech degree and a passion for applying scientific principles to solve complex challenges within the Ports & Shipping industry. You will be instrumental in driving innovation, developing new methodologies, and contributing to the strategic growth of our logistics and infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging trends and technologies in the Ports & Shipping sector, focusing on areas such as supply chain optimization, terminal operations, maritime analytics, and sustainable logistics.
Develop and validate advanced models, algorithms, and simulation tools to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and business development, to identify research opportunities and translate findings into practical solutions.
Prepare comprehensive research reports, presentations, and technical documentation for internal stakeholders and external partners.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape within the Ports & Shipping domain.
Contribute to the intellectual property development through patents and publications.
