This role involves conducting in-depth research to identify talent trends, market insights, and innovative strategies to enhance our staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive market research on talent acquisition trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices within the Indian recruitment and staffing landscape.
Analyze data to identify patterns, insights, and actionable recommendations for improving recruitment strategies and talent sourcing.
Develop and maintain research databases, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to understand their needs and provide data-driven support for talent acquisition initiatives.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies in research and recruitment.
Contribute to the development of new service offerings and research products.
