Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Reservation Executive with 2-3 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our Surat-based team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing flight reservation processes, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our esteemed clientele within the aviation sector. Your design thinking and analytical skills will be leveraged to improve reservation workflows and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process flight reservation requests efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Utilize reservation systems to book, modify, and cancel flight tickets, providing timely updates to customers.
- Analyze reservation data to identify trends, optimize seating arrangements, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement user-friendly interfaces or workflows for reservation management, drawing from M.Des principles.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client inquiries and resolve booking-related issues.
- Generate reports on reservation statistics, occupancy rates, and customer feedback for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and safety standards related to reservations.
- Contribute to service design initiatives aimed at improving the customer journey within the reservation process.
