We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservation Executive to join our growing team at Reliance Retail in Bangalore. This entry-level position is ideal for recent B.Tech/B.E. graduates eager to start their career in the dynamic retail sector. You will be responsible for managing and processing reservations, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process reservation requests accurately and efficiently through various channels (phone, email, online portals).
- Maintain and update reservation records in the company's system.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding reservations, availability, and services.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of services related to reservations.
- Assist in resolving any reservation-related issues or complaints.
- Generate reports on reservation data as required.
