Reservation Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Reservation Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of event ticketing and reservation systems for our diverse portfolio of live entertainment and corporate events. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless booking experiences for clients and attendees, optimize revenue through effective pricing strategies, and maintain strong relationships with ticketing partners and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient ticketing and reservation strategies for various events.
- Manage the entire booking process, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Oversee the allocation and management of seating arrangements and VIP packages.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to set pricing tiers and promotional offers.
- Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports on booking trends and revenue.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of reservation data in the ticketing system.
- Train and manage a team of reservation assistants, providing guidance and support.
- Address and resolve customer queries and complaints related to bookings in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with event venues, production teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth operational coordination.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and new ticketing technologies.
