Reservation Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Reservation Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of reservation systems and processes for our corporate clients within the power industry. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient booking, scheduling, and resource allocation to support our operational needs and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective reservation policies and procedures.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with various departments to manage resource availability and scheduling (e.g., meeting rooms, vehicles, equipment).
- Handle client inquiries, bookings, and modifications, providing excellent customer service.
- Generate reports on reservation data, occupancy rates, and utilization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- Train and supervise reservation staff as needed.
