Reservation Manager

Role Summary: The Reservation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the booking and scheduling processes for all Cult.fit services and facilities across designated locations. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure efficient resource utilization, excellent customer experience, and seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all class/session bookings and facility reservations.

Optimize scheduling to maximize trainer and facility utilization and minimize downtime.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve booking-related issues promptly and professionally.

Liaise with trainers, center staff, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Maintain accurate reservation records and generate reports on booking trends and occupancy rates.

Implement and refine reservation policies and procedures.

Collaborate with marketing teams to promote special offers and manage demand during peak periods.

Ensure compliance with all company guidelines and safety protocols.
