Reservation Manager at IHCL (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservation Manager with 0-2 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of hotel reservations, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and confirm all reservation requests efficiently via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
- Manage room inventory and availability across various channels to maximize occupancy.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Assist in forecasting room revenue and occupancy levels.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports for management.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments (Front Office, Sales, F&B) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Implement and adhere to reservation policies and procedures.
- Upsell rooms and packages to enhance guest stays and revenue.
- Maintain accurate guest records and profiles in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle cancellations and modifications with professionalism and promptness.
