Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and skilled Reservoir Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Reservoir Engineer will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our food processing operations by applying reservoir engineering principles to understand and manage the flow of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods through our processing systems. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise in fluid dynamics, mass transfer, and process simulation, adapted to the complexities of the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dynamic models of material flow within processing units and storage facilities.
- Analyze production data and operational parameters to identify inefficiencies and propose optimization strategies.
- Conduct simulations to predict the impact of process changes on throughput, quality, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with process engineers, R&D, and operations teams to implement improved material handling and processing techniques.
- Evaluate new technologies and methodologies for enhancing material flow and processing efficiency.
- Prepare technical reports and present findings to management and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards in all operational analyses.
