Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Reservoir Engineer to join our team. The Reservoir Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of our leather processing and manufacturing operations, focusing on resource utilization, efficiency, and sustainability. This role requires a strong understanding of fluid dynamics, material science, and process engineering within the context of the leather industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze reservoir characteristics and fluid flow properties to optimize leather tanning and finishing processes.
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient use of water, chemicals, and energy in leather production.
- Conduct simulations and modeling to predict the impact of process changes on leather quality and yield.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing production systems, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to introduce innovative solutions for enhanced sustainability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices in leather manufacturing.
- Prepare technical reports and present findings to management.
