Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and analytical Reservoir Engineer with 3-5 years of experience and a Master's in Design (M.Des) degree to join our innovative team in Jaipur. This role will be instrumental in analyzing and optimizing travel flows, customer journeys, and resource allocation within our dynamic travel and tourism ecosystem. You will leverage your design thinking and analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze customer travel patterns and user journeys to identify bottlenecks and areas for enhancement using design thinking methodologies.

Develop and visualize conceptual models for new travel products and services, ensuring user-centricity and feasibility.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and improve existing offerings.

Optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency through innovative design solutions.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in travel and design.
