Respiratory Therapist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for providing essential respiratory care services to employees, ensuring their health and well-being within our manufacturing facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of respiratory conditions and the ability to administer treatments and manage equipment effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders.
- Administer prescribed respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and chest physiotherapy.
- Operate and maintain various respiratory equipment such as ventilators, pulse oximeters, and nebulizers.
- Monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory conditions and treatment protocols.
- Collaborate with occupational health teams and management to promote a healthy work environment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Respond to medical emergencies requiring respiratory support.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
