Job Description
Role Summary: As a Respiratory Therapist within Infosys, you will be instrumental in promoting and maintaining the respiratory health of our employees. This role involves assessing, treating, and educating individuals on respiratory conditions, ensuring a healthy and productive work environment. You will work closely with our occupational health team to provide comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting respiratory assessments, including physical examinations and review of medical history.
Administering respiratory treatments such as oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and airway clearance techniques.
Educating employees on respiratory conditions, treatment plans, and preventative measures.
Monitoring patient responses to treatments and adjusting care plans as needed.
Collaborating with the occupational health team, HR, and management to implement health and wellness programs.
Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
Responding to medical emergencies related to respiratory distress.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
