We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our innovative dining spaces within our Vadodara campus. This role is ideal for a B.Des graduate with 2-4 years of experience looking to blend their design sensibilities with operational excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our employees and guests, managing day-to-day operations, and contributing to the aesthetic and functional aspects of our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.

Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus that align with customer preferences and operational capacity.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, hygiene regulations, and safety protocols.

Utilize B.Des background to contribute to the conceptualization and design of dining environments, including layout, ambiance, and visual merchandising.

Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.

Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.

Train and motivate staff to provide excellent service.

Implement and maintain efficient operational workflows.
