Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail & B2C Sales professional to drive our brand's presence and sales within the Indian market. This role will be instrumental in expanding our reach to end consumers through various retail channels and direct-to-consumer initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with retailers, and ensuring our products are accessible and appealing to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve B2C sales targets in assigned territories.
• Identify and onboard new retail partners, including kirana stores, supermarkets, and specialty stores.
• Manage existing retail relationships, ensuring product availability, optimal shelf placement, and timely order fulfillment.
• Plan and execute in-store promotions, sampling activities, and point-of-sale marketing initiatives.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, consumer trends, and emerging retail opportunities.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on market insights and customer interactions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Manage sales reporting and maintain accurate customer and sales data.
