We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Retail Banking Sales professional with a unique background in B.Pharma to join our team in Lucknow. This role focuses on driving retail banking product sales and services, leveraging your analytical skills and customer-centric approach gained from your pharmaceutical education. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of our retail banking portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for various retail banking products (e.g., loans, credit cards, savings accounts, insurance).

Identify and prospect new customers, conduct needs assessments, and recommend suitable banking solutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service.

Understand customer financial needs and offer tailored banking solutions, drawing parallels to understanding patient needs in a pharmaceutical context.

Educate customers on product features, benefits, and the application process.

Collaborate with branch staff and other departments to ensure seamless customer service and efficient product delivery.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new banking products.

Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance policies, and ethical standards.
