Retail Banking Sales Manager - Pulp & Paper Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Banking Sales Manager to drive business growth within the Pulp & Paper industry in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing ones, focusing on their retail banking needs. This role requires a strong understanding of the financial requirements of businesses in the pulp and paper sector and the ability to offer tailored banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve retail banking targets within the assigned segment of the Pulp & Paper industry.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including SMEs and large corporations, within the sector, understanding their unique financial needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all retail banking products and services.
- Analyze client financial data and offer appropriate banking solutions, including loans, credit facilities, deposit accounts, and other retail banking products.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations, product development) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the Pulp & Paper industry and the banking sector.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
