Retail Cashier

Role Summary: The Retail Cashier will be responsible for accurately processing customer transactions, handling cash and card payments, and providing excellent customer service at Havells retail outlets. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process all customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
• Verify the authenticity of cash and checks.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized cash counter.
• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Assist with stocking and merchandising as needed.
