The ideal candidate will possess an MBA/PGDM and be adept at managing financial transactions accurately and efficiently within a corporate environment in the content development and language sector. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth financial operations and ensuring customer satisfaction during transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods with precision and integrity.
- Reconcile daily cash drawers and prepare bank deposits.
- Maintain a clean and organized cash counter area.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding pricing, promotions, and store policies.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and security.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
