Retail Cashier - Packaging & Containers Sector (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Retail Cashier with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and demonstrate strong analytical and operational skills. You will be responsible for accurately handling all financial transactions, maintaining a secure cash drawer, and providing excellent customer service within our packaging and containers retail outlet.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer transactions, including cash, credit, and debit card payments, with a high degree of precision.
- Manage and balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized cash wrap area, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control inventory levels at the point of sale, reporting any stock discrepancies.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures for the retail outlet.
- Ensure compliance with all security and loss prevention protocols.
- Utilize POS systems and other relevant software for transaction processing and reporting.
- Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
