Role Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Retail Operations Manager with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team in Chandigarh. In this entry-level role, you will support the optimization of our retail operations, applying advanced analytical techniques to solve complex logistical challenges. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement data-backed strategies for route optimization, inventory management, and last-mile delivery.
- Conduct research and apply advanced quantitative methods to solve operational problems.
- Collaborate with technology and operations teams to pilot and scale new solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development of operational models and simulations.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and operational procedures.
- Contribute to strategic planning for retail operations expansion.
