Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Delhi. You will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the smooth functioning of our retail outlets. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and execution of retail operational strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and ensure accurate record-keeping using retail management systems.
- Assist in managing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly operational reports using data analysis tools.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Provide support to the sales team by ensuring optimal stock availability and store presentation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor operational issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
