Role Summary:
BYJU'S is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operations of our physical learning centers and retail touchpoints across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, driving sales, managing staff, and enhancing the customer experience within our retail network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability of retail centers.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and procurement processes for all retail outlets.
- Oversee daily sales activities, set sales targets, and monitor performance against goals.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of retail staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and report on financial performance of retail operations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive foot traffic and customer engagement.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and legal requirements.
