Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our retail operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient business processes. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, managing inventory, and leading a team to achieve business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day retail operations, including inventory management, stock control, and merchandising.
- Oversee store staff, providing training, motivation, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to achieve business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the retail operations.
