Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the retail operations within our hotel properties in Nasik. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless customer experiences, driving sales, and managing the day-to-day activities of our retail outlets, including gift shops, convenience stores, and F&B kiosks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail management principles, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise daily operations of all retail outlets within the hotel premises.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and merchandising.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
