- Support the visual merchandising team in maintaining store aesthetics and product displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store targets and promotional objectives.
- Assist in training and onboarding new retail staff.
