Retail Operations Manager (LLB Required) - Guwahati

As a Retail Operations Manager at Decathlon India, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our Guwahati store. This role requires a keen understanding of retail management, customer service excellence, and a strong legal aptitude to navigate compliance and contractual matters. You will lead a team, optimize store performance, and contribute to creating an exceptional sports experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring adherence to Decathlon's operational standards and procedures.

Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising to maximize sales and customer engagement.

Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.

Ensure compliance with all local and national retail laws, regulations, and company policies, leveraging your LLB knowledge.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.

Analyze sales data and operational reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Manage store budget, expenses, and profitability.

Collaborate with the legal department on contractual agreements, lease negotiations, and risk management.

Ensure a safe and secure working environment for all employees and customers.
