Key Responsibilities:

Engage with walk-in customers to understand their shipping and logistics needs.

Promote and sell Delhivery's range of services, including parcel booking, pickup, and other logistics solutions.

Educate customers on service features, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail outlet.
