Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Sales Associate with 3-5 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM degree to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our paper products through various retail channels, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our market presence in the region. This role requires a strategic approach to sales and a deep understanding of the paper industry landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets for JK Paper's product portfolio.
- Identify and engage potential retail partners, distributors, and corporate clients in Guwahati and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the paper industry.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales and promotional campaigns.
- Provide product knowledge and training to retail partners' sales staff.
