Retail Sales Executive

Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales of our travel products and packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their travel needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, flights, hotels, holiday packages, and other travel services.
• Process bookings for flights, hotels, packages, and other travel arrangements accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant travel products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, promotions, and company offerings.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of sales activities.
