We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our paper products through retail channels, building strong relationships with retailers, and achieving sales targets. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective retail sales strategies to meet company objectives.
- Identify and acquire new retail clients, and nurture existing relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential retailers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to retail outlets.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
