We are seeking a dynamic and creative Retail Sales professional with 2-3 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and understanding of user experience to enhance our retail operations, drive sales, and contribute to an engaging customer journey. This role involves understanding product design principles, visual merchandising, and customer engagement strategies within the sports and leisure retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting appropriate sporting goods, leveraging product knowledge and understanding of user needs.

Apply design principles to create visually appealing product displays and store layouts that enhance the shopping experience.

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for product placement and promotion.

Collaborate with the store management team on visual merchandising strategies and in-store events.

Provide product demonstrations and insights, highlighting design features and benefits.

Contribute to a positive and engaging store atmosphere, fostering customer loyalty.

Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock management.
