Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Retail Store Auditor to join our growing team. The Retail Store Auditor will be responsible for conducting on-site audits of our partner retail stores to ensure compliance with company standards, operational procedures, and brand guidelines. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality of our customer touchpoints and ensuring a consistent brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular and unannounced audits of retail partner locations.
• Evaluate store appearance, cleanliness, and organization against established checklists.
• Assess product display, merchandising, and inventory management practices.
• Verify adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Review customer service standards and employee interactions.
• Identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, documenting findings, observations, and recommendations.
• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure implementation and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and organized audit records.
