Role Summary: The Retail Store Auditor will be responsible for conducting regular audits of Pratham's retail outlets and distribution points to ensure compliance with operational standards, inventory management, and financial procedures. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and integrity of our retail operations, which support our educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site audits of retail stores to assess adherence to Pratham's operational guidelines.
Verify inventory levels, stock accuracy, and proper storage of materials.
Review sales records, cash handling procedures, and financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
Identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and areas of non-compliance, and document findings.
Prepare detailed audit reports with clear observations and actionable recommendations.
Follow up on previous audit findings to ensure corrective actions have been implemented.
Maintain a professional and objective approach during all audit activities.
Collaborate with store managers and relevant stakeholders to discuss audit results.
