Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive audits of retail store operations, including inventory management, sales processes, cash handling, and customer service protocols.
- Analyze audit findings to identify deviations from company policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement advanced data analysis techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and potential areas of fraud or inefficiency.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with store managers and regional teams to develop action plans for addressing audit issues and implementing corrective measures.
- Perform root cause analysis for identified discrepancies and provide data-driven insights for process improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, audit methodologies, and relevant legal/regulatory changes within the gems and jewelry sector.
- Design and execute specialized research projects related to retail performance metrics and consumer behavior as needed.
