Retail Store Auditor - Furniture & Furnishing Sector (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Retail Store Auditor with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of our retail store operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, operational efficiency, and inventory accuracy. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a solid understanding of retail processes, leveraging a BCA educational background.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular on-site audits of retail stores to assess compliance with visual merchandising, operational procedures, and brand standards.

Verify inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical stock checks, identifying discrepancies and investigating root causes.

Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and potential risks.

Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans for store management and regional leadership.

Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with store teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.
