Role Summary: The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Delhivery retail outlet, ensuring efficient customer service, managing staff, and maintaining operational standards. This role is crucial for providing a local touchpoint for our customers and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Supervise and train store staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, managing daily reconciliation.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures.
- Manage inventory and stock levels, placing orders as needed.
- Generate daily and weekly reports on store performance and sales.
