Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail outlet in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the store. This role requires a creative approach to retail management, leveraging a B.Des background to enhance the customer experience and brand presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed store sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service.

Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising to create an appealing store environment.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and brand awareness.

Manage store budgets and operational expenses effectively.

Utilize design thinking and aesthetic sensibilities from B.Des to optimize store layout, product display, and customer journey.
