This role is crucial in overseeing daily retail operations within our import and export business, ensuring seamless customer experience and team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising to ensure optimal product presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Monitor daily sales performance, analyze trends, and report findings to management.
- Ensure compliance with all company regulations and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the import/export department to ensure smooth product flow and availability.
