Role Summary: The Retail Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of retail banking professionals to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure efficient branch operations. This role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of banking products and services within the Indian retail market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of relationship managers and customer service executives.
- Drive sales performance by setting individual and team targets for various banking products (loans, accounts, insurance, investments).
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery and resolution of customer grievances.
- Monitor branch operations to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling banking products.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and acquire new ones.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
