You will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, leading and motivating a team of retail associates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of retail associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

Ensure high standards of customer service are met, resolving customer complaints and inquiries effectively.

Drive sales performance by motivating the team and implementing effective sales strategies.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.

Assist with stock management, including receiving, stocking, and conducting inventory counts.
